The scenarios are based on real-world examples. There are no right or wrong answers. When these appear, read the scenario and answer the question to learn what others have done in a similar situation.
This course contains interactive exercises. Most of the interactive exercises provide feedback about why an answer was correct or incorrect. These exercises are intended to help you remember the concepts; the results are not tracked or viewed by anyone but yourself.
At the end of the course is a final assessment. You must receive a score of 70% or more to pass the course. If you do not pass the course, you may review it and take the final asessment again. After you have passed the final assessment a non-credit Certificate of Completion is available. Your certificate will be unlocked in the system. Return to the course page to open and print your certificate.
